Frequently Asked Questions

What are the basic requirements for acceptance?

A high school diploma and a minimum GPA of 2.00 from the high school or college previously attended. Probationary Acceptance may be considered for those who do not meet this criteria.

When and how do I pay for my degree?

Here at EBCAS we provide degrees to clergy, church and christian leaders at an affordable price and an accelerated pace. Upon submission of your application the Administration will provide to you the cost/fees of the degree.

What transcripts do I need to submit?

Course Enrollment Requirements

Associate Degree Course: You must be 18 years old to enroll.
Bachelor Courses: You must have a High School Diploma or GED to enroll.
Master’s Course: You must have a Bachelor’s degree in theology, religious studies, or a closely related discipline to enroll.
Doctoral Course: You must have a Master’s degree in theology, religious studies, Christian education, or a closely related discipline (e.g., MA, MTH, or MDiv.) to enroll.
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Degree: You must have a Doctor’s degree in theology, religious studies, Christian education, or a closely related discipline (e.g., a ThD, DMin, EdD or equivalent) to enroll.

1. Master’s Program (MA, MTH, MDiv)
(You must have a Bachelor’s degree in theology, religious studies, or a closely related discipline.)

2. Doctoral Program (Th.D., D.Min., EdD or equivalent)
(You must have a Master’s degree in theology, religious studies, Christian education, or a closely related discipline (e.g., MA, MTH, or MDiv. or equivalent)

3. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D)

A Covid-19 Waiver is required?

The COVID-19 WAIVER is required for acceptance to EBCAS; all students must sign the waiver before attending classes.

Is there a deposit to confirm enrollment?

Yes. A non-refundable $65 deposit is required prior to registering for classes. The deposit is requested by November 15th or one month after acceptance for later applicants. This can be paid online with “Ways to Give” or by clicking on any of the Pay or Give Now, Pay or Give buttons through out the website or you can pay In Person.

What are the application deadlines?

Applications must be submitted by November of each Year
